# We build the agent, and the system it writes into.

4Ys AI Solutions is a technology company based in Muscat, Sultanate of Oman. We build AI sales agents that answer inbound enquiries on WhatsApp, Instagram, web forms and calls — in Arabic or English — qualify them, book the meeting and write a complete record into a CRM.

Underneath that sits the 4Ys Business Suite: 121 connected modules covering finance, CRM, HR, payroll, inventory, manufacturing, procurement, projects, analytics and point of sale, so the agent writes into the same system that runs the company. We started in April 2025 and traded as CrimsonAI for the first year.

## Who we work with

Companies that get more enquiries than their team can answer in time.

Most of our clients are small and mid-sized businesses in Oman: real estate agencies and developers, retailers, clinics, trading and distribution companies, hospitality groups and professional services firms. ## Why we started

Every company we met had the same shape of problem: ten subscriptions and none of them connected. Sales in one tool, stock in another, finance in a spreadsheet, HR in somebody's inbox. Teams spent more of the day moving data between systems than using it.

The software existed, but it was priced and shaped for companies ten times the size, and none of it handled Omani payroll, Gulf Arabic or an internet connection that comes and goes. So a business either overpaid for a system it barely used, or taped four cheap ones together and repaired them every quarter. We build the third option: one system, one partner, configured around how the company actually works.

### Five things properly

We would rather deploy five modules that hold up under real use than fifty that demo well. Scope gets cut before quality does.

You do not get a login and a documentation site. We configure the system, deploy it, watch it in production and stay on it afterwards.

### Built for how business runs here

Omani labour law in the payroll, Oman Tax Authority formats in the VAT return, Gulf Arabic in the conversations, and a point of sale that survives the connection dropping.

### We say no

If a project will not work, or the tool you already own is good enough, we tell you that before you spend anything on it.
