Comparison

4Ys vs Inzint: a product you turn on, or a system built to order.

You are choosing between buying something that already runs and commissioning something that does not exist yet. Both end in a working system. One starts answering leads in weeks; the other is shaped to a requirement no product covers. 4Ys sells the first. Inzint sells the second.

What each company sells

4Ys

An AI sales agent that lives inside a CRM: it answers WhatsApp, Instagram, calls and web forms in Arabic or English, books the meeting and writes the record. A 120+ module business suite sits behind it. Built in Muscat and delivered as a partnership — 4Ys configures, deploys and operates it.

Inzint

A custom AI and machine-learning engineering house. Inzint builds private chatbots and ML systems to a client's specification rather than selling a fixed product, which is the right shape when the requirement is genuinely unlike anything already on the market.

Side by side

Every line in the Inzint column describes what Inzint publishes about its own product. Where we could not check something, the row is not here.

Which one fits

Pick 4Ys when

  • Leads are going unanswered now and you want that fixed this quarter.
  • You want the CRM, the pipeline and the reports to arrive with the agent.
  • Your buyers write in Omani or Gulf Arabic and switch to English mid-sentence.
  • You would rather operate software someone else maintains than own a codebase.
  • You want the option to move the system onto your own servers.

Pick Inzint when

  • The requirement is genuinely unlike anything already on the market.
  • The AI has nothing to do with sales — vision, forecasting, document extraction.
  • You have engineers who will co-design the system and own it afterwards.
  • You want the source and the model to belong to you from the first commit.

Questions we get

Is 4Ys a competitor to Inzint?
Only where the work overlaps. Inzint is a custom AI and machine-learning engineering house; 4Ys sells a finished AI sales agent with a CRM behind it. A company can reasonably use both — an engineering house for a bespoke ML component, 4Ys for the inbound sales workflow.
Can 4Ys build custom AI as well?
Yes, on top of the platform 4Ys already runs and operates. If the work is a research-grade model with no connection to sales or operations, a dedicated AI engineering house is the better place to take it, and 4Ys will say so.
Which one costs less?
It depends entirely on scope, and neither shape is automatically cheaper. With 4Ys you pay to deploy and operate a product that already exists; with a custom engineering engagement you pay to design and build one. 4Ys quotes per engagement, based on the modules, integrations and AI models involved.
How do we decide?
Describe the case to 4Ys on WhatsApp at +968 7600 3510, or at sales@4ys.org. If what you need is a bespoke build rather than a product, 4Ys will tell you that.

Tell us the case and we'll tell you which one it is.

Describe what your team is actually drowning in. If Inzint is the better answer, we'll say so. Or message us on WhatsApp.
